What are your favorite herbs to plant?

I just planted chocolate mint after seeing it at my neighbor's garden. I love the way it smells and tastes.

Since I'm always on the lookout for new things to try, I'm curious as to what you just can't live without in your gardens.

My favorite is Mint and Rosemary
I like to have Mint in my Green Ice Tea with lemon
