I am a new contractor and looking for help. I am looking for how much is the going rate to charge per zone/ or head for a irrigation system.

You should not price irrigation systems by a "Going Rate". You have to price your work so you cover your costs and make a profit. Some contractors develop per head or per zone pricing but it seems like those contractors are the ones that dont last long. We have been pricing our systems based on each individual site and have been in business for 35 years
